1) Strategy and Support -
- Manage day-to-day brand communications across social media, website, and internal communication channels
- Support the development and implementation of a strategic communications plan, ensuring that communication efforts align with overall org. priorities
- Support and manage team members in developing a framework for strategic communication by helping them to write/ edit blogs/social media captions and publications and by providing feedback and guidance
- Execute and lead monthly key communication collateral to funders, network and industry peers through newsletters, updates etc.
2) Digital and Social Media -
- Support in identifying relevant communications opportunities and creating, placing, and communicating content and messages in line with the non-profit s strategic plan for the year. Developing, updating, and managing content across social media platforms on an ongoing basis.
- Thinking through, developing, and implementing important communications aspects and ensuring project activities and messages are clearly communicated to key audiences
- Formulate communication packages that cut through jargon, crystallize key messages and strategically communicate with the different audience stakeholders audiences in collaboration with other teams in the organisation
- Create engaging and informative content, including written materials, visuals, videos, and presentations, that effectively communicate Rocket Learning s work and impact
- Establish mechanisms to gather feedback and insights from tools and targeted stakeholders, using this information to improve communication and implementation
3) Events and Campaigns -
- Collaborate with central and state teams to support with events and campaigns, while always using the larger RL s messaging strategy lens as guidance
- Collaborate with other organisations and institutions to amplify the projects thought-leadership on digital platforms - webinar, co-authored articles, social media campaigns
- Conceptualise, Plan and execute communication campaigns, workshops and run performance marketing campaigns that raise RL s social capital, provide momentum for evangelizing efforts in ECCE, and helps build RL as an employer of choice
- Monitor the impact of events and campaigns, making adjustments as needed to enhance their effectiveness

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in communication roles, preferably in education or social advocacy.
- Portfolio of previous work
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in softwares: Kapwing/Adobe Premiere Pro or any video editing software, Canva, Hootsuite, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, Wordpress and Meta Ads
