Brand Creative Manager:
We are in search of a dynamic Brand Creative Manager for Marketing and Performance to lead our
creative team and oversee the development of high-impact marketing campaigns. This role is ideal for a
creative visionary who excels in storytelling and has a proven track record of enhancing brand
performance through compelling visuals and narratives. The successful candidate will work closely with
the marketing, sales, and product teams to craft strategies that drive brand awareness, customer
engagement, and conversion across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the creative direction for marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with our brand
identity, values, and performance objectives.
Be heavily involved in brand packaging and print assets to make products stand out
Manage the entire creative process from concept to completion, including brainstorming,
designing, and producing content for digital, print, and social media channels and platforms (
Website, Ecomm Channels and Stores)
Oversee the production of all creative assets including moodboarding, photoshoots, social
media shoots, ensuring they meet quality standards and are delivered on time and within
budget and as per brand art direction.
Use data and performance metrics to inform creative decisions, optimizing campaigns for better
engagement and conversion rates.
Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and creative best practices to keep our
brand at the cutting edge of design and marketing innovation.
Lead, mentor, and inspire the creative team ( including graphic designers & video editors),
fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in a creative & managerial role, preferably in a marketing or advertising
agency.
A strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of projects, including digital, print, and multimedia
campaigns.
Expertise in branding and visual storytelling, with a keen eye for design aesthetics and attention
to detail.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and familiar with web design principles and content
management systems.
Strong understanding of marketing principles and performance metrics, with the ability to
translate business objectives into creative strategies.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead multiple projects in a fast-paced
environment.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of motivating a team and
collaborating effectively across departments.
