Note: This role will be reporting to the marketing function at Plum.
What you'll do be doing :
Build and maintain the brand & visual system for plum products.
Craft visually engaging narratives to educate HRs and employees about health insurance and wellness.
Collaborate with other designer and business stakeholders in solving user problems through visual story telling.
Deliver visual consistency across all channels like app, websites, e-mailers, landing pages, collaterals and growth campaigns.
Measure the performance and success of the artefact and iterate them based on the feedback.
Mentor a team of communication designers and guide them along their careers and personal growth areas.Requirements :
0-3 years experience crafting visual design experiences digital products across mobile and web.
A strong portfolio of illustrations and visual design work that conveys an ability to ship desirable products.
Versatility of telling stories across different mediums and touch points in the digital design
Understand how sales, marketing, product and business functions work together to shipping releases.
Should have a strong command over the craft and a deeper understanding of the visual design principles.
Should be excited about working in a fast-paced environment with high ownership in an early-stage setup.
