We are seeking a dynamic and creative Communications Associate to join our team. The Communications Associate will play a key role in developing and implementing communication strategies to effectively engage our target audience and amplify our message. The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, a strong understanding of digital media platforms, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Assist in developing and executing communication and outreach plans to support organizational goals and initiatives.
Assist the founder concerning emails, calls, organizing meetings, etc.
Create engaging content for various platforms by working with the social media team
Actively coming up with ideas to organize and lead events.
Assist in organizing and promoting events, webinars, and other communication initiatives to build a stronger community.
Maintain and update media databases, contact lists, and communication materials.
Assist in monitoring and managing the organizations brand and reputation across all channels
Be the point of contact for Volunteers and maintain good rapport with them. Engage them in various activities.
Requirements
1. Bachelor s degree in any field
2. Basic skills in computer and drafting emails
3. Good interpersonal skills for strategizing and engaging more volunteers
4. Good communication skills
5. Should speak Kannada and English fluently
6. Knowledge of working on Canva
7. Good writing skills
