Role Brief:
As a Training Manager you will be responsible to devise our organizational training strategy, oversee its implementation and assess its outcomes. You will identify training and developmental needs across processes and drive suitable training initiatives that build loyalty to the firm.
Your day-to-day work will involve
- Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals and consultation with line managers
- Develop individualized and group training programs that address specific business needs.
- Develop training manuals that target tangible results.
- Implement effective and purposeful training methods.
- Evaluate organizational performance to ensure that training is meeting business needs and improving performance.
- Assess employees skills, performance and productivity to identify areas of improvement.
- Understand Customer escalations & identify training needs from the teams accordingly
- Drive brand values, ZTP policies and philosophy through all training and development activities.
- Effectively communicate with team members, trainers and management.
- Create a curriculum to facilitate strategic training based on the organizations goals.
- Select and manage resources, including working with both internal employees and training vendors to develop and deliver training.
- Manage the technologies and technical personnel required to develop, manage and deliver training.
- Keep abreast of training trends, developments and best practices.
Yes, some qualifications will help
- QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS - BS degree in Education, Human resources or relevant field
- Good computer and database skills
Preferred Skills:
- Strong foundation in high volume operational setup; preferably in consumer businesses (eCommerce, Background Verification, KYC, Logistics)
- Proven work experience as a Training Manager preferably in Background Verification or KYC process
- Track record in designing and executing successful training programs
- Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations etc)
- Excellent communication, leadership and MS Office skills
- Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively - Strong writing and record keeping ability for reports and training manuals
