Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and organized Communications Assistant Intern to join our team. As the primary point of contact for our students and clients, you will play a crucial role in maintaining excellent communication and fostering strong relationships
Responsibilities:
Conduct outgoing calls to students and clients, addressing inquiries, providing information, and offering support as needed.
Manage incoming calls and emails, ensuring prompt and courteous responses.
Draft and send out professional emails and correspondence on behalf of the company
Coordinate schedules and appointments for meetings or consultations.
Maintain accurate records of communications and interactions with students and clients.
Assist in the organization and execution of company events and workshops.
Collaborate with team members to ensure cohesive communication strategies
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM software preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is advantageous but not mandatory
- Bachelor's degree in Communication, Business, or a related field is preferred.
This is an on-site role in PuneThis is an Internship with a FIXED stipend not just performance based.
