Job Summary

• Booking Trades of Customers and successfully closing trade transactions
• Answering Queries of Customer related to trade.
• Gathering knowledge from Research Team and conveying to clients
• Help resolve customer queries by coordinating with concerned persons in the company
• Maintain Relationship with customers.
• Work closely with all Marketing Team Members/Relationship Managers/Branch Heads to ensure maximum revenue is generated.
• To ensure all compliance is adhered to at all times.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Watching client's portfolio and informing the clients
• Calling inactive / dormant clients

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Graduate

Preferred having experience of Dealer

Preferred having work experience in Share Broking Firm

Experience- 2-3 years

*Working hours will be from 3:30 PM to 11:45 PM

Knowledge of punching orders in commodity derivatives.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 12,000-150000 per month

Work Location: Nagpur
