Job Summary:
- Commissioning / Operation and troubleshooting of Roller Press, Pyro Process with measurements and calculations like Power consumption, heat and mass balance etc.
Lead and manage the commissioning of a cement plant, ensuring successful startup, safety, and efficiency.
- Co-ordination with operation and maintenance team to ensure a smooth transition from construction to production.
- Develop and execute commissioning plans, procedures, and schedules.
- Identify and mitigate risks, troubleshoot issues, and optimize plant performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Commissioning planning and execution
- System integration and testing
- Equipment inspection and acceptance
- Process optimization and tuning
- Safety management and risk assessment
- Coordination with vendors and contractors

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or Diploma (Chemical / Cement Technology) or MSC in Chemistry.
- Experience in cement plant operations or commissioning
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with cement plant processes and equipment.
