Responsibilities:
- To assist chef in ensuring that all mise-en-place are prepared accordingly to recipes given and subsequently maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen.
To assist chef to prepare the food following to the food ordering system.- To ensure food presentation is follow SOP and ensure orders are made in order time in.
To arrange and keep good inventory of all food items in kitchen.
- To ensure minimum kitchen wastage.
Any other tasks assigned by Head Chef.
Requirements: Minimum 1 years experience in a similar position and operation.
- Diploma in Culinary or related certificate.
Solid knowledge of basic principles of cookery.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: RM1,- 00 - RM1,800.00 per month
Schedule: - Rotational shift
