Help in the preparation of simple dishes under the supervision of senior chefs.
- Assist in cooking and plating dishes as per instructions.
Ensure all food is prepared to the highest quality and consistency.- Learn and follow food safety and hygiene standards.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the kitchen, including workstations, equipment, and storage areas.
- Follow cleaning schedules and ensure all areas are sanitized regularly.
Assist in receiving and storing deliveries, ensuring proper stock rotation.- Take initiative to learn new cooking techniques and improve culinary skills.
Seek feedback from senior chefs and work on areas of improvement.
- Participate in training sessions and culinary workshops.
Work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations.- Communicate effectively with team members and follow instructions carefully.
Assist in other tasks as required by senior kitchen staff.
