We are seeking dedicated and passionate Commi I & II to join our culinary team. As a Commi I & II, you will assist in the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes, ensuring our customers have an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:_
- Food Preparation: Assist in the preparation of ingredients and dishes under the guidance of senior chefs.
- Cooking: Cook and prepare food items according to recipes and standards set by the head chef.
Plating: Ensure that all dishes are presented to the highest standard before being sent to customers.
- Sanitation: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Inventory Management: Assist in managing inventory, including receiving and storing food supplies.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations and a positive work environment.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated with new cooking techniques and kitchen equipment.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous experience in a kitchen or culinary setting is preferred but not required for Commi II positions. Commi I candidates should have at least 1-2 years of experience.
- Education: Culinary school education is a plus but not mandatory.
- Skills: Strong knife skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Team Player: Ability to work well with others and contribute to a positive team environment.
- Passion: A genuine interest in cooking and a desire to develop culinary skills.
