Commis Chef to join our vibrant kitchen team! If you're new to the professional kitchen but have a passion for food and a willingness to learn, we want to hear from you!
Kitchen Fundamentals: Learn basic kitchen skills and procedures under the guidance of experienced chefs. This includes tasks like food prep (chopping vegetables, prepping ingredients), assisting with cooking stations, and cleaning.
- Mise en Place: Set up and maintain a clean and organized workstation, ensuring all ingredients and equipment are prepped and ready for service.
Hygiene & Safety:
Strictly adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.Teamwork:
Assist other kitchen staff and follow instructions to ensure smooth kitchen operations.Learning & Development: Demonstrate a strong desire to learn and actively seek opportunities to expand your culinary knowledge and skills.
Limited or no professional kitchen experience, but a strong interest in learning and a passion for food.
