Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Commi Indian Chef at Hotel The Majestic located in Mohali district. The Commi Indian Chef will be responsible for preparing and cooking Indian cuisine, creating menu items, and ensuring high-quality food production. The role also requires collaborating with the kitchen team to maintain cleanliness and food safety standards.
Qualifications
- Prior experience as a Commi Indian Chef or in a similar role
- Expertise in Indian cuisine and food preparation techniques
- Knowledge of traditional spices and flavors
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Attention to detail and ability to adhere to food safety regulations
- Culinary degree or certification is a plus
