Job Description:
- Weighs and measures designated ingredients as per standard recipes, maintaining strict vigilance on product yields.
Washes, peels, cuts, and seeds vegetables and fruits.- Cleans, cuts, and grinds meats, poultry, and seafood.
Dips food items in crumbs, flour, and batter to bread them.
- Stirs and strains soups and sauces.
Prepares and mixes required batters/dough's for bakery and pastry.- Handles finishing of products as per the guidance of reporting head.
Executing additional tasks as assigned by reporting head which are in tune with his field of expertise.
