We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Commi Chef to join our team in Kochi and Kodungallur. The Commi Chef will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and cooking of dishes in accordance with our established recipes and quality standards. The successful candidate will be knowledgeable in food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and food safety regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and cooking of dishes in accordance with established recipes and quality standards
Help maintain a clean and organized kitchen- Ensure that all food items are properly labeled and stored
Work with other kitchen staff to ensure that orders are completed in a timely and efficient manner
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines
Assist in maintaining inventory and ordering supplies as needed
Requirements:
- Diploma in Hotel Management or a related field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment- Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and food safety regulations
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings
