Mohr Management India Private Limited, Indian subsidiary of Mohr Partners, (www.mohrpartners.com) a global corporate real estate services firm is on the lookout for a qualified individual to join our Portfolio Services team. The ideal candidate should be prepared to work in a fast-paced collaborative environment in Corporate Real Estate. The right individual for this position will play an integral role in evaluating complex real estate transactions from a financial standpoint through market research and analysis, financial modeling and asset valuation. In addition, the Analyst will support portfolio management strategies for existing and new clients.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities
Structure / build detailed financial models in existing templates as well as develop new or refine existing templates to support real estate transaction decisions
Monitor and analyze overall market and industry trends
Perform market and transaction level analysis
Buy versus own analysis
NPV cash flows
Financial modeling
Evaluate client building alternatives
Administer and manage databases
Assist with ad hoc strategic projects
Attend client calls
Other duties as assigned
Education & Experience
BA/BS in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, Economics or related
Three years of experience in commercial real estate preferred
Advanced Excel Financial modeling
Proficient in Word, Outlook, Adobe and Power Point
Basic knowledge of real estate transactions
Knowledge of database fundamentals such as multidimensional database design and relational database design
Experience with MS SQL Server BI stack, including SSRS and TSQl, Power Query, MDX, Power BI
