Job Purpose
Reporting directly to the Director of Business Analysis, the country performance analyst (CPA) is responsible for understanding performance in specific countries and cities at a granular level, to ensure focused work to address barriers to revenue and profit growth.
Analysing Commercial Performance
- Analysing performance variances, trends and issues on EBITDA, revenue, costs and drivers of each, leveraging IWG analytical toolkit and reporting suites
- Working with country managers and City Management to supplement reported data with on-the-ground insight on local market, customers and competitors
- Identifying root causes of underperformance at country, city and centre level
Action & Improvement
- Establishing actions to address root causes of underperformance and agreeing these with Country Managers
- Following up on these action plans to understand actions taken and any barriers to execution and success, so that they can be removed.
The role is one of a global team of CPA's which serve as the Performance Management Team for revenue growth and EBITDA margin.
They will share best practice and insight to improve the revenue and margin performance of their markets and serve as the source of truth on the regular cadence of business reviews as an independent team to the countries and functions providing regular insight and action to the country, regional and functional teams.
This team will report up to the Chief Strategy Officer on performance against target. The Chief Strategy Officer and the Performance Management Team will do deep dives with the countries, regional CEOs and sales and ops functions on a quarterly basis.
