Key Responsibilities: Develop, prepare, and deliver regular and ad-hoc MIS reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to support business operations and decision-making.- Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and relevance of MIS reports by gathering and analyzing data from various sources.
SAP Finance Module:- Utilize SAP Finance Module (ECC
- 0 or HANA) for data extraction, report generation, and financial analysis.
Collaborate with the finance team to ensure that SAP data is accurately reflected in MIS reports.Data Management and Analysis:
Manage large datasets, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
- Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.
Process Improvement:
- Identify areas for process improvements in MIS reporting and implement best practices to enhance efficiency.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and adapt MIS solutions accordingly.
- Stakeholder Communication:
Act as a liaison between the MIS department and other departments, ensuring clear communication and understanding of reporting requirements.- Provide insights and recommendations based on MIS data to support strategic planning and decision-making.
Compliance and Security:- Ensure that all MIS processes and reports comply with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
Maintain the confidentiality and security of sensitive financial and operational information.
Educational Background:
- Postgraduate degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or
Inter-CA or Inter-ICWA qualification.
5 to 6 years of experience in handling MIS functions, preferably in a finance or accounting environment.- Proficiency in SAP Finance Modules (ECC 6.0 or HANA) is essential.
