Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in New Delhi for a Commercial Manager at Numro Construction Pvt Ltd. As a Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing commercial activities within the company. Your day-to-day tasks will include developing and implementing commercial strategies, analyzing market trends, negotiating contracts, managing budgets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of projects.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in commercial management or a similar role
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of financial and accounting principles
- Proficiency in using commercial software and tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Relevant certifications or additional qualifications are a plus
