We are looking for an experienced Commercial Leasing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 4-10 years of experience in the job market context of India. They will be responsible for managing all aspects of commercial leasing including negotiating lease agreements, identifying potential tenants, and ensuring the timely payment of rent.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement leasing strategies to attract and retain tenants
- Negotiate lease agreements and ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
- Identify potential tenants and conduct market research to determine optimal rental rates
- Manage tenant relationships and ensure timely payment of rent
- Collaborate with property management team to maintain and improve property conditions
- Provide regular reports to senior management on leasing activity and financial performance
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, real estate or a related field
- 4-10 years of experience in commercial leasing with a proven track record of success
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- In-depth knowledge of the real estate market in India
- Ability to analyze market trends and make data-driven decisions
- Strong organizational and project management skills
