The Commercial Leasing Agent's responsibilities include attracting and securing tenants, market research, marketing vacant spaces, and managing all leasing activities.
A successful Commercial Leasing Agent should possess a strong sales background, be knowledgeable about the real estate market and possess excellent negotiation skills.
Identify and attract potential clients through various marketing methods.
- Screen prospective tenants for lease agreement execution.
Conduct property tours for potential tenants and negotiate lease terms and conditions.- Perform market research to stay updated with trends and competition.
Prepare documents such as representation contracts, lease agreements, and closing statements.
- Collaborate with property management to ensure tenant satisfaction.
Collect and analyze data to prepare reports on leasing activity.- Maintain a strong network of professional relationships with key decision-makers in the real estate industry.
Ensure compliance with all real estate laws and regulations.
