Job Description

  • Utilize various channels, including cold outreach, email campaigns, and LinkedIn campaigns, to generate leads and identify potential opportunities for business growth.
  • Conduct research to identify key decision-makers within target organizations and initiate meaningful conversations to uncover business needs and pain points.
  • Customer & Partner Relationship Management:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and partners, nurturing relationships through proactive communication, strategic engagement, and exceptional customer service.
    • Understand customer and partner objectives, challenges, and priorities, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that drive value and foster long-term partnerships.
  • Business Development & Sales Support:
    • Qualify leads and opportunities to ensure alignment with business objectives and sales criteria, and support sales teams in advancing prospects through the sales funnel.
    • Manage the sales pipeline, including lead tracking, opportunity analysis, and proposal development, to facilitate efficient sales processes and maximize revenue potential.
    • Provide feedback to the marketing team on the effectiveness of lead generation campaigns and contribute ideas for improving lead quality and quantity.
  • Customer Success & Retention:
    • Drive customer satisfaction and retention by proactively addressing customer needs, resolving issues in a timely manner, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
    • Conduct regular check-ins with customers to gather feedback, assess satisfaction levels, and identify opportunities for improvement or expansion of services.
    • Collaborate with the customer success team to develop strategies for increasing customer lifetime value and reducing churn.
  • Marketing Campaign Contribution:
    • Collaborate with marketing teams to support the development and execution of targeted campaigns, leveraging customer insights and market knowledge to create compelling messaging and collateral.
    • Participate in events, webinars, and other marketing activities to showcase Cloud202s capabilities, engage with prospective customers and partners, and enhance brand awareness.
    • Provide insights and feedback from customer interactions to inform marketing strategies and refine messaging to better resonate with target audiences.
    • Qualifications:
      • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
      • Demonstrated ability to drive business development and support sales initiatives, including lead qualification, lead generation, opportunity analysis, and proposal development.
      • Proven experience in sales development or a related role, with a track record of generating leads, qualifying opportunities, and driving revenue growth.
      • Strong understanding of sales development principles and methodologies, with proficiency in leveraging various sales tools and techniques to achieve targets.
      • Comfortable with cold calling, cold outreach, LinkedIn campaigns, and other lead generation strategies to generate new sales leads.
      • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with prospects, customers, and partners.
      • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for driving business success through customer engagement and collaboration.
      • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, multitask effectively, and adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
