Job Description: Commercial Finance Manager
Position Overview: The Commercial Finance Manager will be responsible for driving the financial planning and analysis processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and revenue analysis. This role requires deep expertise in variance analysis, product costing, and margin optimization to support strategic decision-making. The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide insights into cost and revenue drivers and ensure financial goals are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Analyze financial performance, including revenue, cost, and margin, to identify key trends and areas for improvement.
- Variance Analysis:
- Perform detailed variance analysis of actual vs. forecasted results to assess financial performance.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve profitability and cost management.
- Revenue Analysis:
- Analyze revenue streams and trends to provide actionable insights into business performance.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop revenue projections and assess the financial impact of business initiatives.
- Product Costing & Margin Management:
- Conduct product costing analysis and monitor product margins to ensure profitability.
- Work closely with the operations and production teams to understand cost structures and optimize product pricing.
- Budgeting, Forecasting, and Planning:
- Prepare and manage annual budgets and long-term financial forecasts.
- Ensure alignment between financial plans and business objectives, while identifying risks and opportunities.
- Cost & Revenue Optimization:
- Support initiatives to improve cost efficiency and drive revenue growth.
- Provide financial analysis for pricing strategies, cost-saving measures, and capital investments.
- Reporting & Stakeholder Communication:
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports for management, summarizing key financial metrics, forecasts, and variance analysis.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership for informed decision-making.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 17,170.55 - 46,561.55 per month
