TE Connectivity's Continuous Improvement Teams design and implement programs and projects to improve products, services, or processes aligned with business strategies. They coach teams establish program performance metrics and establish process excellence supports.
. Develop and support the EETC roadmap, milestones and targets for FY25 and beyond
. Ensure all cross functional projects are driven to achieve EETC maturity level 3B in FY25 and 4B in the next 18 months
. Drive the EETC program and projects to focus on the key milestones and achieving the EETC metrics
. Regularly assess the management system and steering KPIs in the Customer Care & Inside Sales function monitor their effective deployment.
. Ensure thorough stakeholder management by regularly interacting with Field Sales, Operations/Supply Chain, Continuous Improvement, Finance, and other pertinent functions.
. Advise and support the Global Process Excellence Leader in the organizational development and Org. activation initiatives
. Map out, align and document end-to-end processes as needed
. Establish tiered training structures to deploy processes and ensure global adherence.
. Work closely on transformational large projects like CVP and SLD and ensure the deployment is pressure tested
. Lead the implementation of service level differentiation in commercial functions develop concepts for value-adding services for global and key customers.
. Work with P&L-owning subvertical (business segments) on process and interface improvements especially with regards to Lead Time improvement, inventory optimization and Delivery Performance
. Take on comprehensive projects and drive them with a high degree of latitude, ensure proper goalsetting and timelines as well as adequate resources, seek support and own the end to end
. Graduate degree in business, operations, engineering, or another related field.
. Minimum 10 years of experience and atleast 5 yrs in PMO, functional leadership, or Business Transformation.
. Project excellence methodologies.
. Previous Experience in Continuous Improvement, Program and Project Management, or similar
. Proven experience in a large, matrixed, global organization, with a demonstrated track record of successfully managing complex projects to completion.
. Demonstrated ability to successfully manage multiple projects and programs and meet scope, schedule, and objectives within deadlines.
. Strong business acumen with a thorough understanding of the interdependencies across the cross-functional groups.
. Track record of delivering consistent and demonstrable year-over-year improvements aligned to business strategy.
. Ability to zoom in and focus on subjects with appropriate attention to detail, as well as to zoom out and be aware of the strategic picture.
. Ease of working with colleagues across different levels of an organization, including senior executives.
. Strong hands-on approach paired with the ability to formalize and sustain achievements.
. Drives ownership of problem-solving and delivers results.
. Experience defining and scaling PMO process excellence programs, tools and initiatives.
. Power BI, SAP knowledge and Data Analytics with ability to deep dive into Problem Solving
. High cross-cultural awareness and strong international/remote leadership experience.
