Position Title: Commercial Deal Structure Specialist - Renewable Energy

Role Summary:
We are currently looking for a versatile professional who have deep understanding of portfolios, diverse asset classes, and commercial deal constructs.
Key Tasks and Accountability:
Conduct comprehensive analyses of asset classes, including but not limited to equities, fixed income, real estate, and commodities, to identify opportunities and risks associated with climate and incorporate them into the valuation models.
Play a crucial role in structuring the commercial deals that support sustainable investment initiatives and drive long term value creation.
Conduct thorough research and analysis as per the requirements.
Collaborate with cross functional teams to integrate climate risks into investment decision-making processes.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather relevant data.
Stay abreast of emerging trends, regulations, and best practices in sustainable finance/investments.
Educational & Experience:
Advanced degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering or a related field.
Deep understanding of asset classes, financial markets, investment vehicles, and portfolio management principles.
Proven experience in portfolio management, asset classes, and commercial deal constructs in renewable energy sector.
Understanding of climate-related financial risks and experience incorporating climate risks into the models.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
CA, CFA, FRM Certification is a plus.
