THE POSITION
The College Receptionist plays a vital role in fostering the Catholic identity of the College and upholding the Mercy Ethos by delivering exemplary service to members of the college community. This position entails managing diverse administrative duties and prioritising community satisfaction. It necessitates a profound commitment to hospitality and a strong inclination towards collaborative engagement.
Essential
- Commitment to work within and positively advance the College's Mission and Mercy values
- Understanding and/or appreciation of the principles of a Catholic community organisation
- Previous experience working in schools
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
- Experience in managing highly confidential and sensitive information/data
- Employee Working with Children Check
- National Police Records Check (no older than 3 months at time of commencement)
Desirable
- A current Victorian driver's licence

Candidates will be classified in accordance with Catholic Education Multi Enterprise Agreement 2022. Pay scale is Category C, Level 2 - subdivision dependent on experience ($57,204 - $73,261).
