How would your role at Navi Look Like

Responsible for hiring and training the telecollection team.

Ensure proper planning and allocation of cases for effective recovery through strong

execution

Guide and motivate the tele-collection team on their monthly targets and evaluate their

performance

Establish contact with customers and execute advanced loss prevention activities (i.e.

skip tracing, settlement process)

Maintain fair collection practices while dealing with customers and ensuring that the

team follows the same

Identify accounts requiring legal action and follow the process on the same.

Ensure that the team is responsible for administrative work related to the collection and

Onboarding such as updating delinquent account history, updating changes in customers

information, providing and maintaining MIS reports, and reviewing of collection feedback

on a daily/Weekly & Monthly basis.

Run daily team stand-up/ huddle, ensure attendance and adherence to defined protocols

Ensure that you and the team are up to date on all relevant circulars and all

products/services offeredWhat are some of the good to have skills for this role

Strong communication, influencing skills, and calling etiquette

3+ years of people management experience in telesales, customer experience, and

operations role

Should have a working knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets

Should have high professional ethics and integrity

Qualification: Any Graduate
