Role Description
This is a contract hybrid role for a Field Collection professional at Aricia Fintech & Services. The role will primarily be based in Gwalior but will also involve remote work. The Field Collection professional will be responsible for daily tasks such as debt collection, cash collection, communication, customer service, and finance-related activities.
Qualifications
- Debt Collection and Cash Collection skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of finance and financial management
- Experience in working with customers experiencing vulnerability and hardship
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Prior experience in receivables management or related field is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
