To achieve collection targets assigned to the territory by meeting collection target assigned to individual
Managing Field Collection agencies / tele-calling team to help improve resolution rates for pre-write-off accounts and money collection on write-off
Control portfolio in terms of bucket flows. Handle customer issues escalations Ensure that the collection agencies and executives adhere to the legal guidelines provided by the law in force
Undertake regular & timely agency reviews/tele-calling team reviews to help increase engagement levels and improving upon performance
Continuously monitoring collection agencies to identify fraudulent practices and ensure that no loss is incurred due to such activities.
