We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Tele-Collections Executive to join our team in Bangalore. As a Tele-Collections Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing and recovering outstanding payments from our clients. Your ability to communicate effectively and manage customer relationships will be key to your success in this role.
Contact customers via phone to remind them of outstanding payments.- Negotiate payment terms and follow up on payment commitments.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment statuses.
- Handle customer queries and provide necessary information regarding their accounts.
Collaborate with the finance team to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to payments.- Achieve daily and monthly collection targets.
Proven experience of 1 - 4 years in tele-collections roles.- Excellent communication skills. Good command over English & Kannada language.
Excellent negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle difficult conversations and manage conflict effectively.
Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office.- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
