Job Description

Education qualification: Any Graduate

Key responsibilities:

  • Responsible for collecting Overdue EMIs from defaulting Customers
  • Allocating delinquent cases to collection agencies basis capacity and performance.
  • Setting collection targets for DMA / Agency/-Executives on Daily / Weekly and monthly basis
  • Reviewing of agency performance on regular basis
  • Visiting difficult customers with high POS amounts
  • Ensure collection of cash amounts and deposition as per company guidelines.
  • Resolving customer queries if any withing company defined TAT.
