Position Title: Loan Collection Manager

Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership: Supervise and train the loan collections team to meet recovery targets.
Debt Recovery: Develop strategies to collect overdue loans and negotiate payment terms with clients.
Compliance: Ensure collection activities comply with legal regulations. Prepare reports on collection performance.
Risk Management: Handle escalated cases, identify high-risk accounts, and coordinate legal actions when necessary.
Qualifications & Skills
Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
Experience: 5+ years in loan collections.
Skills: Strong leadership, negotiation, and knowledge of debt collection laws. Proficiency in collection software and Microsoft Office.
