- Managing a team of collection agents, providing leadership, guidance, and coaching to ensure that team members are meeting their performance goals and delivering high-quality customer service
- Developing and implementing collection strategies and processes, in collaboration with the credit and risk management teams, to ensure timely collection of loan payments and minimize delinquency rates
- Conducting regular audits of collection accounts, analyzing payment trends, and identifying and addressing issues that may affect payment collections
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements, company policies, and ethical standards in the collection of loan payments
- Developing and maintaining relationships with customers, and working with them to resolve any issues or concerns related to loan payments
- Ensuring that all collection efforts are consistent with company policies and guidelines, and that customer feedback is being collected and used to improve collection performance and customer satisfaction
