Job Overview
We are hiring a Collection Executive for BPO (Call Center) with 1 to 3 years of experience. This is a full-time position based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. The Collection Executive will be responsible for managing and collecting outstanding debts from customers.
Qualifications and Skills
- DRA (Debt Recovery Agent) Certification Mandatory
- 1 to 3 years of experience in collections or a similar role
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet collection targets
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records
- Knowledge of debt collection laws and best practices
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with collection software
Roles and Responsibilities
- Contact customers to remind them of overdue payments
- Negotiate repayment plans or settlements with delinquent customers
- Follow up on payment commitments and ensure timely collections
- Maintain accurate records of all collections activities
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any billing disputes
- Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve collection issues
- Prepare reports on collection activities and outstanding debts
- Adhere to legal and regulatory requirements related to debt collection
