Job Description

  • The collections Executive will contact clients and inform them of their debts, _negotiate_ payment plans, and ensure _payments_ are made as soon as possible.

  • Negotiate paymentsIdentify outstanding account receivablesIdentify outstanding account receivables.

  • Update payment records.

  • Respond to customer queries

  • Track and report on collection activity.

  • resolving overdue bills and collecting payments from the individuals or businesses responsible for the debt

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: 8,995.27 - 15,000.00 per month

Education:
  • Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)

Experience:
