calling potential customers/prospects to generate leads. Should be well versed in convincing the customers to buy the product and services
Meet weekly/monthly sales targets by developing a marketing strategy as a telesales executive
Convert leads for the company through telephonic conversations
Stick to the sales script and strategy, but also improvise it when needed, within the scope of the telesales executive job role
Liaise with the concerned department regarding customer queries and complaints
Go the extra mile to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information
Functional Skills
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written with all levels of an
organization
Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas preferably over the phone Knowledge of SDLC, Web technology, and software languages
Experience in email and social media marketing (Lead generation) will be an added advantage or preferable
