JOB DESCRIPTION ORDER MANAGEMENT

JOB ROLE:

The Diabetes Processing Representative is the member of an integrated sales and marketing team who works in partnership to accurately and efficiently validate and process prescriptions and other clinical documents of patients in client-dedicated system.

OPERATIONAL RESPONSIBILITY:

• Attend training sessions and develop self-capabilities on an ongoing basis

Customer satisfaction to recognize timelines and qualities in published output

Timely and high quality completion of cases, according to established objectives

Support internal systems, methods and procedures to maintain compliance

Understanding of client KPI & CPI requirements

Ensures all the records and documents maintained as per organizational requirements

Leave management policy

Importance of login hours and schedule adherence

Contribution in ideas of process improvement
