Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Cognitive therapist at Therapy Partners in Hyderabad. The Cognitive therapist will be responsible for conducting assessments, providing therapy sessions, developing treatment plans, and monitoring progress. The therapist will also collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care for patients.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience in cognitive therapy techniques
• Ability to conduct assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Understanding of mental health conditions and evidence-based practices
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
• Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, or related field
• Experience in a clinical setting is preferred
• Knowledge of other therapy modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT) is a plus
