Odyssey is on a crusade to reinvent spaces of learning and work in India. At heart, we are a bookshop and a coworking space focused on building community first experiences. Be it Firm Society, Board games communities, F1 race screenings, art courses, mental health workshops or similar community dialogues, Odyssey yearns to help Barbadians explore new ideas.

Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Cofounder - Growth at Odyssey. The Cofounder - Growth will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks associated with growing the company. This includes developing new products and services, implementing strategies for sales and marketing, conducting research, analysing data and building an innovative team culture. The Cofounder - Growth will work closely with the team to identify opportunities for growth and develop plans to achieve company goals. This is an on-site role located in Vadodara.

Qualifications

• Sales and Marketing, Analytical Skills, especially community management skills
• Team management of 3-4
• Strong communication skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Work with SaaS tools requisite for building and managing product, sales and HR.
• Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Experience of 5+ years in running business developement roles is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
