What We're Looking For
- Licensed clinical psychologist, psychiatrist, or mental health professional with deep understanding of therapy, counseling, or program development.
- A visionary ready to tackle global and Indian mental health challenges, bringing innovative and scalable solutions to underserved communities.
- Strong leadership ability to inspire teams, guide clinical frameworks, and collaborate with business and tech teams to execute the vision.
- Awareness of the nuances of mental health care in diverse populations and the ability to design accessible, inclusive solutions.
- Willingness to invest in the venture alongside active involvement in its growth.
Your Role as Co-Founder
- Co-create and execute a strategy to build a global brand in mental health care.
- Drive the development of ethical, evidence-based frameworks that integrate seamlessly into tech-enabled platforms.
- Address critical challenges such as stigma, accessibility, and awareness, especially in emerging markets like India.
- Partner with tech, business, and legal teams to expand reach and attract investors, corporates, and community partners.
- Represent the clinical backbone of the start-up to stakeholders, users, and investors.
