We are searching for a visionary and results-oriented Co-Founder (CMO) to join our leadership team. As the CMO, you will be responsible for crafting and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy to propel Legabyte to the forefront of the legal tech landscape. This is an unparalleled opportunity for a marketing mastermind to build a brand from the ground up and shape the future of legal services.
**Responsibilities:**
* Develop and implement a data-driven marketing strategy to achieve aggressive brand awareness and user acquisition goals.
* Build a high-performing marketing team and foster a culture of innovation and creativity.
* Spearhead all marketing initiatives, including digital marketing, content marketing, social media marketing, and public relations.
* Build strong relationships with key media outlets and industry influencers.
* Analyze marketing performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns.
* Contribute to the overall vision and strategic direction of the company.
**You Are A Perfect Fit If You Have:**
* A proven track record of building and scaling high-growth marketing campaigns for iconic brands or the potential to build a unicorn startup.
* Experience in developing and executing successful go-to-market strategies in the legal tech or a related field (a plus).
* A deep understanding of digital marketing channels and the latest marketing trends.
* Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
* A relentless drive to build something remarkable and a passion for making a positive impact on the legal industry.
* A strong network of contacts within the marketing and legal communities (a plus).
**Investment Opportunity:**
We offer a unique opportunity to become a co-founder alongside a passionate and dedicated team. We are seeking an investment of Rs. 1 lakh for a 4.5% equity stake in the company. This breaks down as follows:
* Rs. 1,000 for 1% equity stake (issued immediately).
* Rs. 99,000 as convertible debt for the remaining 3.5% equity stake (converts to equity upon completion of 1 year).
