The Role
As Co-Founder, you will be responsible for:

- Leading operations management to ensure the efficiency and scalability of our platform and services

- Scaling the team and resources to support growing business demands
Essential Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or operations in a high-growth environment
- Track record of success in driving business expansion, especially in education, training, or job placement industries
- Strong understanding of B2C sales, B2B sales and relationship building, particularly with corporate clients and educational institutions
- Experience in operational leadership, streamlining processes, and improving organizational efficiency
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills

- Tech-savvy with an understanding of the tech training and upskilling industry
