As a Co-Founder of organization, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the vision, strategy, and growth trajectory of the company. You will collaborate closely with fellow co-founders and team members to drive innovation, build a strong company culture, and achieve our mission of Helping millions of students/freshers/professionals PAN India to get Job-Ready In-Time!

Idea is to not see them as our customers but our future workforce of a million, that we can take into the IT industry to capture 1% of then $500 Bn industry by 2030, to make us a $5.5 Bn company in the next 5 years.

ABOUT US:

Cloud Counselage Pvt. Ltd.is an IT & Mgmt. Consulting & Services Company with a social cause at heart to eradicate unemployability amongst youth PAN India.

To expedite the process of achieving our vision to build a workforce of million+ people, to deliver IT & Mgmt. projects globally, we have initiated Dolphin Tank to guide, support, and protect aspiring/budding entrepreneurs. This, in turn, will help us to support our cause of eradicating unemployability as these entrepreneurs would generate employment opportunities for millions of job-ready students, freshers and professionals in ourIndustry Academia Community (IAC)and become job-givers. Revenues generated from the sales ofStartup Entrepreneurship Program (SEP)would be put back in the aforementioned cause to help more and more people; millions PAN India and abroad.

RESPONSIBILITIES AS A CO-FOUNDER

Strategic Leadership:

o Collaborate with fellow Co-Founders to define the company's vision, mission, and strategic priorities.

o Develop and execute a comprehensive business plan to achieve short-term and long-term objectives.

o Drive continuous innovation and differentiation to maintain a competitive edge in the market.

Team Building and Management:

o Recruit, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of professionals aligned with the company's values and culture.

o Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment where team members are empowered to contribute their best ideas and work together towards common goals.

o Provide ongoing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities to team members to help them grow and excel in their roles.

Product and Technology Leadership:

o Lead the development and execution of the company's product roadmap, ensuring alignment with customer needs, market trends, and business objectives.

o Oversee the design, development, and launch of innovative products and features that deliver exceptional value to customers and drive business growth.

o Champion a culture of continuous improvement and excellence in product development and technology innovation.

Business Development and Partnerships:

o Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships and alliances that enhance the company's market presence, reach, and revenue opportunities.

o Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, investors, suppliers, and industry partners.

o Negotiate and finalize business agreements and contracts that support the company's growth and expansion initiatives.

Financial Management and Fundraising:

o Work closely with the Founder and finance team to develop and manage the company's financial strategy, budgeting, and forecasting processes.

o Lead fundraising efforts to secure capital from investors, venture capitalists, and other sources to fuel the company's growth and expansion plans.

o Ensure the efficient and effective allocation of financial resources to support key business priorities and initiatives.

REQUIREMENTS:

Proven experience as a successful entrepreneur, founder, or senior executive in a startup environment is desirable

Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve ambitious goals and objectives.

Deep domain expertise in IT or Management, with a track record of driving innovation and delivering results.

Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving growth and creating value for customers and stakeholders.

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building and scaling businesses, along with a high tolerance for ambiguity and risk.

Bachelor's degree or MBA or advanced degree preferred.

COMPENSATION:

Remuneration would be in terms of equity stake initially, based on skills, experience and qualifications. Salary thereafter would be no bar for the top performers.
