We developed a unique e-learning platform for engineering students. we provide videos as well as AI Support platforms for better understanding. Artifier learning is one of the companies that will provide animation, web support and mobile support platforms for students.

Investment and Equity Terms:

Investment Required: INR 5,00,00,000

Equity Offered: 20%

Equity Vesting Period: The 20% equity will be distributed over a period of 5 years.

Locking Period: A mandatory commitment of 3 years during which the Co-Founder cannot leave the company.

Return on Investment: Significant potential for high returns given the growing demand for E-learning services.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with existing founders to define and implement the company's strategic direction.

Provide financial investment to support the growth and expansion.

Leverage your network and expertise to drive business development and establish key partnerships.

Oversee operational functions, ensuring the highest standards of service delivery and innovation.

Qualifications:

Proven entrepreneurial experience or prior involvement in start-ups.

Strong financial acumen with the ability to invest in the company's growth.

Passion for AI and tech innovations.

Willingness to invest in startups.

Industry experience with a robust network.

Strategic, entrepreneurial mindset.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Based in India with a strong network of contacts in the Indian and global business community.
