Company Description Ahen is a India's first driving teaching tech startup operating in Pune, Mumbai and Bangalore with 200+ driving making revolution in mobility industry that aims to revolutionize the way driving lessons are conducted. Our vision is to provide quality driving classes with convenient facilities such as home pickup and drop, flexible payment plans, and multiple options for learning including bikes, cars, and rickshaws. We address common problems faced by learners at traditional driving schools and provide innovative solutions. Despite being new, we prioritize customer satisfaction by providing experienced teachers and offering 24x7 feedback services.
Role Description
This full-time remote role for a Co-Founder with investment position at Ahen.
As Co-Founder, you will play a key role in shaping the vision, strategy, and growth of the company.
Your day-to-day tasks will include identifying executing business opportunities, conducting market research, developing marketing and sales strategies, building and managing a team, and ensuring the overall success of the company.
You will collaborate with other founders and stakeholders to drive innovation, customer acquisition, and business expansion.
Qualifications
Analytical Skills, Communication, and Sales skills and Research skills
Proven experience in business development, entrepreneurship, or a similar role
Ambitious and self-driven mindset
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
Experience in the driving education industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Compensation
Fixed salary + profit sharing
Equal equity to each cofounder.
Min investment: 15lakh (equity 50%)
