Role Description

We are seeking a passionate and technically adept Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to join us at Ezygamers. As the CTO, you will be responsible for designing the complete architecture of our Unity-based game platform/C# and leading the development efforts. We want someone who is committed to our cause and mission. Ideally, you should have prior experience in Unity C# game development and a deep understanding of new technologies.

This pivotal role requires a candidate with proven experience in designing and developing digital platforms. As a Co-Founder, you will play a key role in shaping the company's direction, contributing to strategic decision-making, business development, and market expansion efforts.

Qualifications

• Unity Game engine experience with c# & knowledge in performance tuning
• Entrepreneurial spirit with a drive to fuel growth and innovation
• Strong leadership qualities and adaptability to the startup environment
• Advanced knowledge and expertise in Unity C# game development and emerging technologies
• Strong digital/IT technology knowledge and experience (hardware/software/cloud/AI/Data/IoT, etc.)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Additionally if you have worked on backend AI/LLM part of the technical product please do connect
