Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Nimach. As a Co-Founder at Serggo sr technology pvt ltd, you will be responsible for working closely with other co-founders to develop and execute the company's vision and strategy. You will play a critical role in defining the company's culture, values, and goals, and will be involved in all aspects of the business, including product development, marketing, operations, and finance.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably as a co-founder or in a similar capacity
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams
- Experience in the technology industry is preferred
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field
