About SalesGain360 (SG360):
SalesGain360 (SG360) is a dynamic and growing sales and marketing solutions provider dedicated to helping businesses acquire new customers and increase sales. We currently work with B2B SaaS or companies which has tech has a platform scale their revenue. Salesgain360 or SG360 will eventually turn out to be full stack growth enabler platform along with core business verticals of Procurement and HR support. As a co-founder, you will have the unique opportunity to shape the future of SG360 and play a critical role in driving our vision forward.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and driven individual to join SG360 as a Co-Founder. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to take on significant responsibility, work in a fast-paced startup environment, and contribute meaningfully to the success of the company. The Co-Founder will be offered equity in the company as compensation over a period of 6 months based on their performance and effort. The equity which is proposed to be offered is 10%.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Co-Founder, you will have the opportunity to shape your role based on your strengths and interests. Your primary responsibilities will fall into one of the following two areas:
1.Operations Management:
- Oversee and streamline the daily operations of SG360, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all processes.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to drive scalability and improve service delivery.
- Monitor key performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance operational performance.
- Work closely with all stakeholders and prepare plans/ strategies for salesgain360.
2.Business Development:
- Drive business growth by identifying and pursuing new sales and partnership opportunities.
- Develop and execute strategies to expand SG360's client base and market presence.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders.

- Previous startup experience or familiarity with equity compensation is a plus.
