Co-Founder Operations and Business Development

• Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Business Development:

- Identify and explore new business opportunities to expand the platform's reach and revenue streams.

- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including gated community managers, residents, and partners.

- Develop and implement strategies to increase customer acquisition and retention.

2. Operations Management:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the platform, ensuring seamless delivery of car services to customers.

- Manage a team of service providers, including car cleaners, mechanics, and other support staff.

- Implement processes and systems to ensure quality control, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

3. Marketing and Growth:

- Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement.

- Collaborate with the founding team to create content, promotional materials, and social media campaigns.

- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform business decisions and growth strategies.

4. Partnerships and Collaborations:

- Identify and pursue strategic partnerships with complementary businesses, such as car manufacturers, dealerships, and service providers.

- Negotiate and manage partnerships to drive growth, revenue, and customer acquisition.

5. Financial Management:

- Assist in managing the company's finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.

- Develop and implement cost-saving measures to ensure the company's financial sustainability.

6. Strategic Planning:

- Contribute to the development of the company's overall strategy and vision.

- Collaborate with the founding team to set goals, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience in business development, operations management, or a related field.

- Strong network and connections in the automotive industry or gated community management.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

- Passion for entrepreneurship and innovation.

Note : This is a Co-Founder role with no remuneration, but with equity participation. The ideal candidate should be motivated by the opportunity to build a successful business and create value for customers and stakeholders.
