Co-Founder (Marketing and sales)

Compensation: Equity-based until funding is secured

Company Overview: Technomorph Innovation is water tech start-up committed to provide affordable, accessible and standardized solution for drinking water. We are incubated start-up at Waterpreneur Studio (an Initiative of ICCW- IIT-Madras) with a mission to empower different segment of society with innovative products that ease the process of accessing drinking water.

Role Overview: We are seeking a co-founder to join our team who shares our vision with the current drinking water challenges and has strong business development abilities to take on responsibility for developing and executing strategies for scaling the startup.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Market Fit: Complete the product trial and find the best way to match the product with the market.

2. Sales and Marketing: Create and execute marketing strategies, talk to potential customers, and handle sales to boost growth.

3. Daily Operations: Ensure smooth daily operations to meet the changing needs of a startup.

4. Fundraising: Build and maintain connections with donors, institutions and investors to get funding for the startup's growth at different stages.

Qualifications & Eligibility:

Proven experience in marketing and sales roles, BBA/MBA graduate preferred.

Having 1-2-year experience in marketing and sales roles.
